“…they truly care about their patients.”“They are excellent, had two wisdom teeth removed today. I was very scared at first, but then after meeting with the staff and Dr Jeffrey Kratky I was so at ease. They are very nice pleasant, and answered and took care of all of my needs. It was over in a flash, with no real pain and they truly care about their patients. Thank you so much Dr Kratky, Jessie, and the rest of your staff for talking [sic] care of me like I was family.”
At our St. Louis and St. Charles County oral surgery offices, we explain your diagnosis as well as your treatment options in an initial consultation. It may be possible in some cases to perform surgery that same day, though a complex medical history or treatment plan may necessitate an initial evaluation as well as a second appointment before we can provide treatment.
*If you have enough time, you may be able to request that your dentist or physician forward your x-rays to our office. Otherwise, please bring them to your consultation.
If IV sedation or general anesthesia will be part of your treatment, you cannot eat or drink anything for 6 hours before your surgery. You must also have an adult who can drive you home. Please be sure to alert our office if you have any medical conditions or if you are taking a medication that could be of concern for a surgery. These medical conditions can include diabetes, high blood pressure, rheumatic fever, artificial heart valves and joints, and so on, while medications of concern can include heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.
If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must be with you at the consultation visit.
